invert promotion to recruiter then combatant

Guild members can still recruit and guildmasters have more control of who enters a guildbattle.

I find it better the way it is now. If I want to make participate a new member to a battle I promote him combatant..and i dont need to make him recruiter (which is a responsability rank and not for anyone).
