Level 100-110 Honor

Honor level 100-110 was affected again due to the recent update I'm guessing. Players hardly do damage once again.

Is there anyway you can fix this?

As stated previously, endgame Honor is one of if not the most balanced pvp zone in the game but the recent update busted it.
