Just on quest totals, the "Unlucky Lemuel!" quest from I assume the last St Patrick's day event is still there in the Forest Haven tab. Because I missed that event, I'll never be able to finish it - leaving my total count at 246/247 (once I finish the Mad Mage campaign).

The Unlucky Lemuel quest can be completed next year During PL's annual St Patrick's Day Event. During early March 2020.

It seems that the damage boost to the elite honor has also boosted the elite and mythic sets for 110 and pvp is back to 2-3 shots a fight

Does this means global damage reduction has been reintroduced, even for low level PVP? I’m talking about the update 2019-07-25 that got restored 2018-08-01.
