Does Festive Tinsel Talon have freeze proc?

This is just a simple question but can the Festive Tinsel Talon freeze? Im talking about the lvl 10 purple 2010 holiday weapon. I haven't gotten a freeze yet but I thought it did have freeze proc.

You are correct- the talon stuns

I liked the Pink Launcher a lot.
IDK if the Duckfoot's any better.
I would say Peppermint Talon or the new Talon with a wing would be best.
Talon DEX Bears usually dominate PVP.

I havent seen a new talon myself. I'd like to know the name. Considering he doesn't know the duckfoot has the same stats as the launcher, maybe he was just assuming there was a new one.

I dont think there is a new talon. I have noticed that the new WF items have 2010 compareables with the exception of a few.

The pepperment cutter doesnt have a 2010 compareable (aside from the peppermint hammer thing but that costed plat so it doesnt count)

And the tinsel talon from last year doesnt have a 2011 compareable (unless the drop rates for it are INSANE and no one has looted it yet.

I used toy man to level from 15-21 while soloing and several enemies got that purple smoke/dust thing that happens when a mage uses their debuffs. I had no skill points allocated to either debuff so I assumed it happened due to the wand, since I was soloing. Unless I'm totally clueless, which is just as likely, I don't think environment can produce either debuff.

Will test some more, but enemy mages can cast weakness/nightmare so that is a possible explanation for what you saw.

It doesnt work- trust me, me and beared lookedfor ages for a lvl 20 dark wand and theres been none till the rose wad te are good.
