“So many new gears” I haven’t really seen so many new gears, what? Elite weaps, malig, and maybe abyssal? Other then that nothing. I don’t see if really being needed rn but if the community keeps nagging sts about it I’m sure eventually it’s bound to happy *facepalm*

It is not about the many gears, it is more about the prices and the chance to awaken your arcane lv 76 armor and helmet and the new lv76 elite weapons.

I understand everyone wants to awaken there new gears, so does that mean after a new set drops awaken event should happen everytime? Literally this forum thread wasn’t when the last reawaken event, last event was at the beginning of January, 4-5 months ago. If imma be honest, maybe people should of hoarded more gems, I mean this is an event that USED to happen one a year, now it’s an event everyone wants every 4-5 months, you know it’s bad when you got people “pre-buying” Elite Awakes before STS even confirms it as an occurring event. Manipulation could be part of a play here too.

I have 3 new speed sets, many people has now 76 arcane weapons that costed 140m+ and they could not afford before. I was trying to awak one of the speed sets I got, with a cost of 40k each gem and it was not pretty. Same thing to all the arcane weapons that now are more vailable because of marvel event and awaked them should not cost so much.
Lets see you open 4 slots on arcane weapon without paying 8m on awak gems

That time you talk about where awak event came back once a year was a time when awak gems price rised up way slower than nowdays. Now awak gems are 40k each and its very expensive to awak gears. Remember that marvel event and goblin event brought to the market alot of new gears and people pay alot to open all slots for them.
Also, about people abusing event or however you called it, every event in this game some people make more money than others but so what? You decide what you are doing in this game.

That’s your choice on spending 8m at the end of the day on some awakening gems, your over here talking like you just HAD to go and spend that amount on some mediocre awakes, no one told you to do that, that was a a choice on your own. Me personally I know how the endgame market works, why it’s pointless to invest into it, much better to just buy the item with awakes on it. And you going on about “the time awakes slowly raised overtime” well really that’s to blame goldloot on, and even then, gold was valued more then what it is now. Your comparing a whole different time to now 20k for an awake gem back then is really about 30-40k now.

I have two malig dex speed sets in my inventory just sitting there bare naked, you know why? Because I’m not gonna spend that much on an awakening gem, I’ll be smart and use an old op awaked pern set for the mean time til the event rolls around, you guys spam this old thread asking for an event to return over and over.

You felt the need to overpay on awake gems instead of waiting for the event to come around again, there is a thing called patience afterall

A suggestion for whenever it happens - remember the first "awake event" where we killed bosses to craft awakes? There could be something like that, except the boss drops something else (vanities and maybe 1 new myth pet), but also a new kind of awake, maybe a green one that can give higher stat awakes (up to 6%) but no higher gl or ms to not break game.
