Timer buff e.g orc shaman/cryo infusion priority

YouTube video shows how cryo buff got pushed down and eventually user can't see it and making them think that the buff is finished.

Not a bug, there is limited space for buff icons. There are probably things there that have buff icons that should have them removed though, since they're always on so there's no benefit to seeing them.

I removed the icons from house location buffs for the next update, that should help some.

You could also, add only 1 icon with number somewhere near it which shows stacked buffs/debuffs and elixirs such as damage/exp elixirs, you can just open avatar-elixirs and see there which ones you have on.
