Yes this boss is part of the elusive six achievement a friend who fought the boss with me got it when the boss got killed

Nope, that's one of the 3 mini-boss of tindirin, other 2 being Belru and Hisoth. There are no achievements for them; have a chance to drop Dragkin teeth, legendary Archon rings and Ectoplasm Vials.
And Evasive Six appears ONLY in elite maps, NEVER in normal

Incorrect sir, this is not an elusive boss. There is an elusive bounty board outside of watchers tombs, il'loran isnt on there.
