With regard to Hardcore Items...

So I have a level 54 Hardcore character. I had some plat and decided to purchase a bow from store. This cost 10 platinum btw.
On opening I received a level 51 bow, stats are awful. The description in the store specifically said level 54.
I feel cheated..in fact I'll go as far to say I was cheated.
10 plat may not seem a lot to you but it is too me because I spent my money and buying plat is quite expensive.
I want to know why. Clearly I was mislead and would like an explanation please.

P.S. I also spent 5k awakening the bow before realising it was level 51.

Hi Pat. Thankyou very much for the information but I still don't understand. I'm level 54 and I read it before I purchased. It clearly said level 54 bow. It's not fair to mislead people and this is not good for my anger management.
If I purchase something, I expect to get what it says on the description.
