Does the locations work still? Why dont they appear anymore sorry I dont play much in al but I was confused when I didnt see my locations anyone knows

The buffs from the locations still work, just the icons were removed, since they're permanently on. In some cases people were getting to having more buffs than could be displayed there, and there's no situational value in seeing ones that you always have.

There's a good chance he/she used a translator which will totally mangle what's being said.

How long is the cooldown now on iOS devices? The cooldown used to be very quick, like under 15min, and it's much longer now.
