It usually takes a few hours before it shows up - it's been approved and released.
Futumsh, all the ebon weaps reflection seems broken, not getting any more reflection even though the procs shows, unless u guys have changed the mechanics which is not reflected in your patch notes.

Reflection fix is going out now, level scaling wasn't being handled properly for zones under 71 that scale mobs to over 71.
Why yours nothing do something for pvp .. enough futumsh .. why yours did rogues useless ..ebon aegis proc working nonstop and reflection is %100 .. please do something for pvp or yours will lose all rogues in pvp

Ebon Aegis proc is technically nerfed for the next cap, don't worry.

Are you developer ? I think yes and i want to say gamemasters did rouges useless in pvp .. i want balanced pvp cause ebon weapons proc work much warrior and mage have %100 reflect but rogue have nothing .. if yours do nothing rouges will not play pvp cause no justice and balance now

How about ebon armor for rogues with warior runs sometimes whole runs not igniting the proc because of high taunt chance of warior.
