The quest arrow to find dash r takes you to his old location (around that corner) instead of where he now stands in the center by the tree

I'll just go on game to find this out and come back here with result.

Edit: this is true. The quest arrow takes you to his old location. I wouldn't worry about it because you can even see Dash R along the way of going back to his old place so you can complete the quest. This should get fixed tho for new players starting.
