Proc of all ebon is alright but the chance is not, i think chance of ebon nerfed also,

Sigle target, between 1 or 4 charged hits to proc. Multiple targets, procs frequently with charged hit or normal. Best combination, first proc aegis then switch to blade for massive dmg and crowd control. Better if terror blade proc firsts gather mobs to hit them.
