Side Quests question

There are 3 side quests that are blocked and I'm wondering if I missed something. The quests are called Book of beasts, Scrolls of life and Tomes of spirit. I go to the Npcs but they don't give me the quest. Anybody know what these quests are and what do i need to do to unlock them?

you need to finish some quests from beastmasters to unlock those 3 quests

I think you missed a brackenridge or ydra quest for not getting those said quest
Here is a tip, finish all quests on all maps sequentially. Do not skip maps.
