Pain???? Not workin right?

Ok this norning I was playin in numa and I rounded up sum monsters and used pain. But it only stunned and knockdown only 1 monster. So does it not work cuz if im not mistaken it is an AOE am I not correct?

Pain is both the first 5 seconds it's a single damage dealer that stuns and when that NPC isnt death after 5 seconds it makes an Aoe attack. Try to cast it on the hardest mobs or switch target after casted
