The dude's rift- two bosses spawned at the same time and after they were killed my character got stuck and couldn't move.

... Yes, action was taken, at least 2 problems with getting stuck unable to move were fixed. Since I couldn't reproduce this particular problem, we didn't know if those things fixed it or not. It appears they did not.
