Not sure if this is a bug

Location House, Natural Stats with no Buffs, and using Heroic Sam HB. So I was playing around testing a full DPS build when the lack of damage from VB caught my eye. So a Pet HB will cancel out our Skill Damage increase if same %? I normally don't have space to use VB so not sure if this has been like this for awhile so I wanted to ask.

VB dmg buff and H Sam doesn't stack. Suggest not to use VB with pet that have 25% damage or higher

Lol geez. A Pet HB shouldn't have any effect on a skill that buffs damage. Welp there goes that idea . Thanks for the reply.

I want to come back to this topic because now I have a concern. I'm sure the new pets that will be released in future will have higher damage % then Zhulong and Heroic Sam. So now does VB become another useless War Skill like Rally Cry? Can there be some kind of rework where VB Damage Buff is not effected by a pets HB?
Maybe instead of having VB buff 25% Damage...Have it be changed into the form of Raw Damage? Just a thought.

They changed the skill-passive dmg from a % to raw dmg I think, might be time to change VB damage too now that pets give the same % but it would need to be high enough that people without a 25% damage pets wouldn't lose out on dmg if it is changed from a %.
