Badges need an improvement

The badges are not much different to the seasonal banners.
- You can only show one at a time
- It shows that u were on top this season (the banner shows the season too)
- Difference is that you can lose the badges after a season.

Improvements:
- Show the rank of the certain category on the bottom of the badge as a small number. People will hunt top positions on lb for that. Now it does not make a difference if you are the best or the 25th on leaderboard for the banner and badge.
-Show all obtained badges on the character page of the player (not in town, theres only one equiped). Many players cant show the badges they have worked for. However, people will still lose badges if they drop off the lb after the season.
- Obviously, the wedding ring does not have a rank lb-wise. It can show the years that have passed since the "wedding" happened.

Final result:


Example shows: 5th on overall lb, 1st on mage lb, 1 year since marriage, 4th who reached level 71.

I also think it would be nice if the seasonal badges can be given cool borders as the other badges have. Seasonal badges just have a symbol without a border looks a little out of place to me :3
