Well Skull Dozer should be better cause its the most recent arcane. If thats not the case Sts should fix it right away.

I recently bought one SKULL DOZER and tried it. The proc does not damage in pvp. So please sts if you read this fix that. Thanks

I made 2 videos about the dozer in this thread, pve and pvp. It sucks at both right now, hope they are adjusted soon.
