Pvp Tournament (Contest)

I am thinking of creating a tournament for pvp
I already set rules and prize but I need to know which level to host this tournament.
Basically You will create a twink Guild for the tourney (Needs to consist of players of same level)
All your gears need to be common rarity (weapon, artifact,pet helmet and armor should be of common rarity) Rings and Amulets are excluded so you can have legendary or epic or rare rings (Because there are no common rings LOL!

)
The Guild must consist of 3 players of the same level and 1 of each class. When the tournament starts all guild's members will be same map as me so I can see which people are present when the contest starts. The guild tournament will be a battleground based tournament so I will also know which guild won because of notification

plus the equipment is very cheap and u will only spend on guild creation
The prize will be 1mil but divided considering the price of the gear which costs less than 5k LOL! (Of course I will divide the prize to each member)

1st place: 300k (100k each)
2nd place: 150k (50k each)
3rd place: 75k (25k each)
4th place: 30k (10k each)
TOTAL: 555k/1Mil=445k left

The 445k will be divided again for a separate challenge. Each guild will choose who will participate in the 1v1 guild tournament and will then start the series of battlegrounds.

1st place: 200k (125k for the participant in the 1v1 and 50k for the two people in the guild)
2nd place: 125k (75k for participant in the 1v1 and 25k for the two people in guild)
3rd place: 100k (50k for participant in the 1v1 and 25k for the two people in guild)

Im in if this is for hardcore :v it will give everyone a fair chance, u say common or epic gears but some can exploit this, i'd advise u to let this be hc pvp but lvl 16.
