So were do these vials drop? And what are they for,

They drop in Elite Shuyal, Elite Tindirin, Planar tombs and from planar arena chests. They are used for crafting nekro's egg.

Drop in Elite tindrin map 5, planar arena chests (not recommended), and planar tombs in shuyal. The vial is used to currently used for crafting nekro.

They drop in all maps in Elite Tindirin and Elite Shuyal, not just Map 5. But yes, Planar Arena Chests is definitely not recommended.
