Elite Minion in Normal Mode -- Nerf "Amra Zu" [Part 2]

Just tried a normal mode run (NOT HARDCORE), and there's a minion with Elite tier power in a normal map, specifically in Arcanum Castle.

If a minion is supposed to be harder than the boss itself, then maybe I am wrong. But it's worth checking and not be hasty to close the thread just because I criticize something. :P

By the way, I'm not asking to have any character resurrected, just reporting a bug.
