why it cant be same for all classes? that 10 dmg on mage's artifact is ok... if 10 dmg is too much for rogue/warrior artifacts - give less dmg i think nobody cares about crit/dodge these days...

Maybe proc should be remove all debuffs while proc is active. which makes it more relatable to expansion cuz mobs debuffing us. :3

Ideally it should be a Health or Armor boost. Since it already has 80 Armor, a 3% Health buff would be perfect. :3
