[Xmenarmy]

+ Morgana's damage reflection lessened in PvP, increased in PvE.
+ Sorcerer Lighting Strike damage increased.

Futu, can you fix this issue also if possible.
When i do charged shot(Shadow storm shot) while runnning, sometimes( 2 out of 10) it goes in-between the mobs. Its mot hitting single mob.

Attacks getting wasted and everytime it makes me to double check mobs died or arrow went between the mobs. Sounds crazy but its happening XD!
