I haven't asked, but most likely she was using some dmg lix + Guenivere AA (50% dmg)

Guen aa is not 50%dmg
Me without guen aa am at 6k dmg, with guen aa is 8.5k dmg only.

This is an example of proc'ing ebon armour then switching to other loadouts that doesnt have ebon armour.

Never seen a dev really playing the game to be honest i don't think they will allow you to get stuff and use it
