To me best is endless+ebon ( bow or dagger) bow is cheaper and have a good proc on bosses.
Belt arc 71 dex
Arc ring 71 dex and arc pendant 71 dex ( u can get those for free on vendor, farming red coins in infested swamp, Hydra and fly) or speed set ( venom dex type ) u can try the new speed set( pernicious) but rogue type it's $$$$$

I think u can get those w 50m, and still get some pets ^^
Hiberio pet it's good, but if ur critic gets low try hero magma or hero Mishi
Ps.: Not saying it's the best way, just my opinion.

This is pretty easy & how I run. Not many can compare. Endless lvl 70 & ebon daggers new ss set or venom.

i have 4 arcane shards from old times, any idea how much they go for right now? none in auc..
I am thinking 1.5mil-2mil each.
