    Default Buff to L.25 1 Hand Elites and balance towards armors.

    Since Elites are officially here to stay how about we get a buff towards the stats of L.25 Elite 1 Hand items. Compared to their 2 handed counterparts they are extremely useless. To make better utilization of these weapons we should include the likes of Elite shields, such as wings bracers and a buckler, while also beefing up their damages a bit so that they are only a couple digits below their attribute weapons in dmg.

    While we are on the topic of elites how about we rebalance the stats on elite armors. For example we cap their HP stats at 430-500, 430 for Int 450 for dex and 500 for str, and have their own unique stats. For Exp, Elite Dex Armor will have base stats of 450 HP and 38 armor, and a secondary stat of 3-5hit% or crit%. Elite Int armor will have the base stat of 430 HP and 48 armor, and a secondary stat of 3-5 Mana Regen or boost to base mana pool. This is so that we can continue to have the system of customization without limitation that the game has offered for the past 9 years, instead of where we have everyone using elite str armor because of dex and int being massively inferior in terms of stats.

    It's likely that we will see 'Elite' off-hand items in the near future.

    Your re-balance proposal for Elite Armors sounds reasonable to me. Thanks :-)

    @cinco

    Since now everyone has elite armor, damage reduction at L25/27 is unnecessary, fights are too long and boring, for example mage vs mage, even if they use blaster.

    Whamm provides 500 hp and 71 armor, plus damage reduction, is just too much.

    Ffa is just tap buttons fast and randomly, if fights were abit quicker pulling off damage reduction, ppl may be putting effort in positionating and knowing ranges.

    Maybe reduce it to just 20% dmg reduction or restore original damage stats.

    In a way i honestly believe blaster should instead have a base damage of 180-200 instead of 202-242. A reduction of it's damage with also a reduction of 2 hands armor stats from being 15+ to 3-7 would be perfect, again 2 hand items should not ever have more armor than a 1 hand that can be equipped with a shield. This would actually make the TTK (Time To Kill) be much faster to compensate with the extreme HP given from elite armors.

    In terms of 1 handed items i can say that the wand is fairly balanced, it's only about 30-40 dmg off of Staff which is also a very balanced weapon in terms of elites. The same could be done to the talon and sword.
