Greater event chests aren't dropping legendary

The event chests are meant to drop legendary gear as well. There are none anywhere in auction for any class and nobody to my knowledge has looted any of the new weapons.

I see 7 of these over level 71 in auction right now.

7? Each player has opened about 100 of these chests easily. And only 7 were in market at your check. That's less than the drop rate of arcane items from these chests. That makes zero sense to me.

Those chests don't have arcane items in them. I verified the chances are the same or better than in previous years. Working as expected.
