Suggestion to developer about new arcane weapon

Hi dev, thank you so much for all your hardwork, especially for making this new weapon. Design is cool, brand new, and also great in terms of proc idea etc.

I use arcane sword, just did some extensive test. I also watch another player test video before buy mine, and confirm it by testing it myself. Here's my suggestion that might can be considered for future fix:

1. Arcane sword Proc duration is nice, but Lack of RATE. Sometimes its hard to find it procing (10 times+ charging attack n no proc)
- suggestion: make its proc rate suited for arcane. Even Tb, ebon sword has 90%+ proc rate when charged.
(If this fixed i guess will solve this weapon problem a lot)

2. Damage on pve still lack a bit. On pvp its almost deal no dmg, so pale even compared to ebon sword.
Suggestion:
- maybe add very little reflect dmg like ebon dagger, so can still do dmg if being debuff or,
-maybe make dmg proc is not based on max dmg of users
(Very big weakness bout this kind type of weapon is debuff from enemies to user dmg. Once ur dmg being debuffed by enemies, its become useless)

3. Buff n debuff is kinda not visible, maybe add something like proc notification, or aura, or something


And Peace, its just my suggestion, so i hope i can help dev figure something out.
U guys also can fill this thread with constructive feeds about any other type weapon.
Also shout out to another player before who already gives suggestion bout this weapon too. Happy gaming all
