The Hideout is a new house layout. It is designed to fit (visually) with the new Airship environment. "Hideout" owners can choose to display either the Volcano or the Airship environment (as both of these locations look great with it).

Note: you receive benefits from all the Environments that you own irrespective of which ones you choose to display. Updated OP with information along these lines. Thanks! ;-)
