Arcane 76 skull-dozer battleaxe

I could finally get the skull dozer ax lvl 76, however it is not what I expected, its stats are very good I can not deny it since they outperform the ebon weapons but here comes the but, the proc of the skull dozer 76 is very difficult to activate and is not durable.

Unlike the ebon sword that has a very constant proc, I can't find a significant difference when it comes to confronting mobs on maps such as festerfang or mogera lair where mobs are very healthy.

I don't know if it's some kind of bug or they decided it's better that way.

We expected a stronger proc to be able to play the new map without problem.

It's a little bit difficult to understand, I hope they improve it.
