No fix for staff? The proc is soo short vs the other weapons and not useful outside the green smoke when it settles

Previously the passive speed skills were multipliers, so if you had any better multiplier they didn't do anything for you. Now they're stats, so they stack.

Example: You have speed set (2x multiplier), Rank 5 passive speed (5% speed stat), and 10% speed from awakenings. Your speed is now (unmodified speed) * 2 * 1.15, where before it would have been (unmodified speed) * 2 * 1.1, since the speed set multiplier is higher than the passive speed skill one was.

Is the change only for speed passive skill, or other skills that adds speed buffs are affected too? Like Gale force and Rallying cry.

Only passive speed skills were changed. Gale Force and Rallying Cry use speed multipliers so don't stack with other speed multipliers (only best applies).
