Speed Sets & 200%???

So we have been talking in the general section of the forums and come to find out the description on the Speed Sets that says increases by 200% is actual wrong...
Just wonder if this is right or if the sets need to be buffed or the description needs to be changed.
In the video I have a speed set on with 200% movement speed and my friend has around 102%. But if you notice I am not moving 98% faster than him.

Without any ms awakes or speed sets u move at 100%ms, its definitely not 0%ms like some ppl think. If ur ms is 0, u wont and cant move at all. Very simple logic.
If ur non-ss gears' ms awakes add to 102%, u have 202%ms!

Are the same thing, it basically doubles your speed

FYI, Speed sets grant you a 200% MS.

Like what you typed above, if you equip Speed sets will be 100+200% = 300%MS... if equip those awaken speed gear will be 100+102% = 202%MS LMAO

Omg u are one of those stupid af ppl.
Ss makes u move at 200%ms, not 200+100=300%ms. Geeeezz dun call others stupid when u are the stupid one

Its also why when im not using ss, with my ms awakes i have 248ms, and im moving faster than those who have non-ms awake ss who are moving at 200ms.
