Default Speed set (all) bug with speed debuff

When speed set double your speed. It's basically adding 100ms
When enemy / pet debuff you (example: decrease player speed by 30%),
Player should have 70ms remaining but however the results is different.
Instead 70%, is more like -30%

Compare to speed awake, when it debuff you (example: decrease player speed by 30%),
It literally -30% and player speed remaining is 70ms.

I don't know if the bug is on speed set or on awakes.

Before you comment your clarification, please ensure you test speed set (no additional speed awake)
and clean 100ms awake (without speed set)

    Edit:
If you're confused on above, I'll make a simple explanation

If you're using 100ms awake (no speed set), running in elite southern gates and the worm pool -30% of your speed. With speed set it -130% of your speed

To what i have experienced thus far, some speed debuff pools will minus accordingly for whatever ms the player has (e.g. 350-30-100(ss for some reason)=220ms)
But some pools literally dont count all the ms and puts u at 100-30=70ms.
That should be a bug. And i think how they calculate ur end speed after debuff is (100-30+whatever ms awakes u have)%ms. But for some mob pools it literally takes away all the ms awakes too so just 100-30)%ms.

Most multipliers (speed included) work as: If debuffed, worst debuff is applied. If not debuffed, best buff applies. It's working as expected.
