I expected you to mean a recolor bc the cake helm is recolor aswell (not even that bc it has another number). And is see absolutely no problem in recolors anymore, people who play this game for a while get used to that.

I can assure you I've been around a long time recolours are ok but surely there should be some kind of limit really don't you think?

I wouldn't want that instead. Maybe in addition. I like to collect the numbers throughout the years. They've made available good stuff this year with the colorful assortment.

But the hat is supposed to be limited how's it's limited if they re make it every year? Value of the hat isn't exactly going to increase which is the whole point of it's supposed to be limited

I love everything but pleaseeeee please give us a separate inventory for vanities. We've been begging for it and with all the vanities we have it fills up our inventory and stash.

I believe this event is more about fun than value. Majority of the items are free or close to it. Limited could be interpreted as last year's hat was a birthday hat with a number 6 on it. It is no longer being released thus "limited". This year's hat is a 7. Although it shares similarities, it's still a different hat, has a different number and is limited to this event as well.

Some players, including myself, don't care about the gold value of an item. They care about the sentimental value of it. As Ravager said, he collects the hats throughout the years, which is smart too considering I didn't and now he's ahead of the curve.
