House slot saves

As like armor and vanity slots; can we get an option to save a house layout? I like to be creative in my house some times and I do wish that I can have slots to save the house layout so I can make another.
Also a way where we can make players invisible while building stuff because sometimes we get in our own way or others get in our way.
