Where should I farm besides Elite Oltgar.
Note: I don't have any GL items and luck, too. So, is there any place where I can do pure farming without the mentioned above.

Elite Pirate Expansion maps also for elite chests
With out Luck u can farm anywere, but it will be hard to get drops,
Farm elite orcs, for orc tags and gold runner chests.

If ur lvl 71+, u can go to map elite swamp for arcane ring, arcane amulet and mire artifact.. worth 2m+
