Why are we not able craft lock crate of fear

Can anyone please tell me why are we not able to craft lock crate if fear from this Halloween event even though we have recipes and ingredients .There is nothing mentioned on the recipes that we cannot craft it after event .Is this a glitch .

While they did say it, it's as hidden as it gets. I think they should add it to the main post or, better yet, in the recipe's description.
Maybe even make all event lock recipes the same, tradeable or not, useable after the event or not... Although I personally like the little differences between events.

Same thing happened last year. If he started playing game after that, idk. But last year runners mostly knew that. (I wasn't sure and asked it tho.)

Well i am really disappointed about that coz i 600 recipe now and I don't know what to do with them ..
I have noting against with this no crafting thing after event but i would have been much better if it was mentioned either on the recipe or in the event description . please sts mention these stuffs on recipe itself as not everyone opens forum everyday .tysm
