Pvp 20-30 idea

Ok so I got some 25 elite weapon and armor finally!! So I can test the pvp out at that level and notice a few problems.

1st is i think level 25 should pvp from range to 25-29. Yeah higher level have extra skill points and better better helm. But it’s pretty fair. Reason is cause fight anyone lower without that elite gear is a big disadvantage like fighting level 24

2nd level 30 I think shouldn’t pvp with level under 30 cause what I was told the reason I wasn’t able to kill them is cause they prob have 100 armor on there level 30 amulet. I’m guessing that like 2 enchants 50/50. But I could be wrong
