Horn Recipes are Unnecessary

This is just a minor detail, but having a horn recipe to craft a horn is pretty unnecessary. They are dirt cheap in auction, drop so often, and they are reuseable. It wouldn't make the event any different if crafting horns was available right off the bat and the recipe was removed from the game.
