I mean jewels not the gems , gems do.say lv 46 only

But jewels dont say anything also the nox gear also.dosnt say anything that dosnt.allow.to insert fortfied dex jewels?

Lvl 9 - 13 only can use standard jewel as the highest tier jewel, and so on, sts put the limit on which level to compatible to certain jewel tier, as lvl 5-8 can only use weak jewel as the highest too.

Jewels have levels which indicate the minimum level of an equipment they can be added onto, for example standard jewels, they are for level 10 minimum and up means you can only add them on lv 10 gear and higher, you can't add them on lv 9 and below, fortified jewels are for lv 15 and up that's why you can't add them on your noxious set because they are lv 10 gear which below lv 15.

Jewels do say the requirement of minimum level of gear they can be added onto, go to your craft items inventory or go to crafting station list of jewels choose a jewel and click the "i" on its icon to see the description there you will see the req. level.

i meant jewels sorry, they relate to both gems and jewels in accordance to level requirements.
