What are some pvp brackets that are also great at farming events

Some that i Know of
1 is op, but lvl 1 pvp is aids, taking hours for a single kill
11-14 is kinda active, but trash compared to lvl 16's power spike
16 is op due to first arcane weps, but is mostly dead due to these op weps
44 is active and well, and can farm events decently, but hard to find parties to farm with
63 is probably the most efficient, but pvp is kinda dead and gear costs a ton

Can anyone give their insight on this?

For 11, events are ran really decent and completing all events shouldn't be a problem. Ocassionally if you do relax gameplay, you can finish any event almost half time that of any person who runs consistently.

16 pvp has similar armor problems to 11-14 just slightly not as bad.

however, I would guess that its definitely faster for events than lvls 11-14 because of the arc weapons
