This type of mob is not ELITE (in elite maps):
skeleton which has shield and which already stays at map (doesnt come from underground)
(1st 2nd and 3rd elite shuyal maps have 5-7 mobs that type, didnt check 4th and 5th maps)

Old content, and doesn't hurt anything. It's not worth the hassle to change, and would just cause complaints from leaderboard runners.
