o.O i would never max singularity becuz its useless after 4points. so leave it at 4. then graity and increase mass and rage get maxed. backbreaker is optional becuz if u solo u want ranged attacks. vigor definitely max. Stimpacks should be for 911 emergencies -.- so many opinions on builds but i prefer this one for tanking. then use ur leftover points for stomp. and PvP? ik u ddnt ask but heres a PvE PvP build i use. works real well against commandos and ops.hehe
