all expensive item are in chest, n the rarity you're getting doesnt count how much luck u have on you

Luck is best used on bosses now because that's the only place to really loot these days. With gold loot %, gold is the main FARMING outlet these days. Best to use luck on event bosses or other non-event bosses that drops something potentially good. Nowadays, farming is mainly confined to gold.
