Its same as last years start of event the portals are nigh on impossible to spawn. I understand u can buy an elixir which will let you enter 1 time but the spawn rate is lowwwwwwwwww

It has been looked into. The portals do spawn. They are rare.

This is why there is an option to purchase an Elixir that takes you directly to the zone. Talk to Dr. Wells in Sanctuary. Use the [Buy Elixir] option.
