Sorry, how should STS improve something based on your post?

You need to add more information, for example following:
- Where are the current weak points of the AL gameplay in the internet browser?
- What would be a possible solution to improve the gameplay?

What PC are you using that you have low FPS? Ping problem is probably coming from your Internet service. I am on PC and I don't have any of these problems.

FPS / ping is nothing that can simply be fixed by creating an app for PC. Your system, ISP, and location will be the main culprits.

I tried this on "Blue Stacks" (an app that lets you play google play aps) and the FPS were actually worse/more laggy.

An app + AL running will be more demanding on your PC because those app players are resource exhausting.
