best armor + wep for lv 35+40?

Best 35 gear is probably mamboza's croc scale leather (followed by sniper's croc scale leather), sniper's bayou bow or sniper's crossbone bow (they have identical stats), or sniper's impish bow if you want higher damage, but lower dps, Sniper's deadeye derby, Swamp rat's blackbird wing, and copperhead's swampthorn talon.

For level 40, Horus gear (scorpion helm, scorpion leather, and pharaoh hunting bow) is probably best, although some prefer the sniper gear.

Yes, and I forgot daggers of which the best is probably the Swamp Rat's Swampy Shiv, followed by the Sniper's Swampy Shiv and identical Sniper's Demon Dagger.
