That's a very biased analysis, because most top guilds do not accept new and less experienced players. They usually have high aps and pve kills requirements in place to restrict entry, so those are mostly consists of older players. And the number of old players are bound to get decreased slowly as they become too busy with life to play the same game year after year.

bias? it is from them, and my interpretation of data is even top 40-50 1d,3d,7d,15d,30d Active % says it all.

You missed my point. These top guilds active% mostly represents the old players, not the whole player base. So that doesn't reflect if the game is dying or not. Only the STS devs can see the whole picture and this is from them:
