I guess STS figures the new Geng pet will make up the difference in +40 dex. I don't know. I guess nobody wants rogues to be too op lol

Yes if you play as a rogue you understand why STS would limit our damage. Rouges have the best damage powers with speed, dot, buff, & precision.

i tought it was some mistake that it had only +dex but u opened my mind lol
