Lv Drop Rates

Being 70+ lv ,does any lv in map drop the same items like in Elite Kraken only drops firecrackers and envelopes but underhul drops Vanity, robin egg, and metal rat crates. SO by lv u mean player lv or map lvs?

20+ adds green hat
40+ adds bw hat, Robbins egg, crates, another firecracker type
60+ adds purple hat, Geng egg, 71 mythic rings, 2 more firecracker types
70+ improves chance to get vanities, eggs, crates, rings

They mean minion's level. For example, if elite kraken scales up to level 39, that means Robbin's egg, crates, and BW hat DO NOT drop from them. Graveyard has lv60 minions so everything after that drops Geng's egg, according to Futumsh's post.
